Frustrating, rushed and broke

Not very impressed , You check in at 4 pm and everything seems to be closing at the same time. It doesn't not match! For the money you pay you should be able to enjoy yourself without being rushed

Extras: - (self) parking $23 per day. That was a surprise! - additional cost for special pool area. - Room for 2, but: * only enough inroom coffee for 1 * only one chair for indoor table * toiletries no longer in small bottles, but in large dispensers. * site works outside room window, did not help serenity. Overall it felt like a drop in service since our many previous stays. There was a distinct feeling to fleece customer, with additional costs, wherever possible. At a cost of $400 per night, I would expect better.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary and JW Marriott did not disappoint!

The service was outstanding, Everyone was friendly and very happy/helpful. I wish you would have pool noodles and two chairs in the room for both people to sit at the table to eat the wonderful room service food.

I was charged for valet that I didnt use over billed over paid. I self parked and paid for that too.

Relaxing but Pricey

Loved how well maintained the property was. They were very accommodating too.

I wish there were more dining options, especially that catered to children. I didnt care for such limited options with food. I didnt like that they didnt allow personal snacks outside of our rooms. If were there with toddlers, its an inconvenience to be out at the pool and not have snacks that they prefer. My kid wasnt happy. I also just felt that, overall, compared to other similar resorts Ive stayed around the country, the price tag should have been slightly lower.
