- Due to the weather issues in December, I had a sleep over in Lisbon and chose this hotel due to its conventient public transportation options and also since it is "close" to the airport by car. A bus, the metro and train stations are nearby. My train from Faro to Lisbon passed that train station being close to this hotel. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since I arrived very early, it was possible to arrange an early check-in and also as preferred, a room not located on the road side. - Rooms were very clean.

- Despite having a variety of different public transportation and therefore different options to get back to the hotel, I think the transportation itself is not that efficient. As I have been already to Lisbon (and lived closer to the city center), walking much then did not bother me but if you only have limited time, I would recommend finding a hotel much closer to the city center. - As mentioned frequently in the description, you have to pay in addition for using the swimming pool / spa area which I have never seen in a 4* hotel. The hotel is big indeed and therefore hosts a lot of people, but I know from other places that you can reserve a spot in advance and therefore can keep the capacity at a comfortable level. Also wearing bathing caps in a wellness area is also not very appealing. I have therefore not made use of this spa area. - The design of the hotel is a bit outdated, still fine and clean, but the decoration is not very modern.

nice and comfortable hotel, in a great location, recommend if you do not have an electric car

Room size, location, we have been several times, so we know the area very well, and it's very central both for walkig , driving and taking public transport

the hotel states it has electric charging, the reason we booked this hotel. After charging in the tesla generic place, we were told we could not use it. We told the hotel to explain this better to guests as the available charging, requires people to have a card and costs a fortune. Do not use this

Nice hotel

Nice pool, but you have to pay (a lot for it) for sure if you want to swim with your kid. Almost 20 and you can only enter the pool with your kid between 10h - 12h. Oh and you need a bathing cap. You can buy it form them... Breakfast was really great!

- ROOM: bed: way too hard. My back was broken after 3 nights - ROOM: 303: a lot of noice from water, coming from upstairs... every night... - BUFFET: not adapted for children. - Location: far away from center: so you need to take the metro (next to hotel)

Simple, clean , conveniently located hotel with helpful friendly staff and a delicious breakfast.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. That made our holiday enjoyable because it was our first time visiting Portugal. The breakfast had a lot of variety , was good value for money and exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and offer.

We did not know there was a fridge (it's a bit hidden) and a heads up would have been nice. We would have made use of the safe to keep our passports as well had we known it was there.

beautiful city - will come back again, but will choose a different are of the city to stay in.

Room. it was ok nothing special - broken cupboard door. cleaned the room every day with fresh towels. Dcor: like the pictures of the city on the walls. Had dinner in the hotel one night - good choice of buffet and staff very accommodating. bonus. the supermarket across the road.

was advertised that there would be free pick up from the airport, but after booking was told that was not the case and it would cost 85 Euros.
