overall its a good stay

the concierge staff were excellent! always very helpful and kind, from showing maps/directions to solving my problem of having not enough warm clothing for this cold beijing. the concierge staff used his own acct to order items from meituan when i told him i couldn't get it anywhere in the mall. Thumbs up to his superb service

Awesome gym and pool, convenient location.

The gym and the swimming pool is exceptional. Concierge very helpful and helped us booked tickets. The hotel can be accessed via the world trade shopping mall so you dont have to go outside when its -15C. The hotel is very conveniently situated between 2 metro stops for easy access to anywhere. I liked the room layout, with the living room area by the window, you can hang out.

The hotel entrance could be better sign posted or direction provided. Breakfast is expensive and not really worth it. Joining the Shangri-La club gives you a 25% off, but they didnt honour it due to the buggy app didnt generate a QR code.

Very good

the hotel location is very convenient and central. It's connected to the mall and subway.

As it centrally located, traffic nearby is bad. I chose the high level scenic view room, and thought my room would fave the cctv tower, unfortunately it is not

Superb

exceptional location, is in one of the biggest shopping malls in Beijing, so super convenient for restaurants, bars, shopping, and so on, is a 15-minute walk to the metros, (Guomao and Jin Tai Xi Zhao) and is fairly close to the most popular areas in Beijing. Got upgraded and the room view is amazing. Modern facilities and helpful staff

Breakfast provides lots of choices (Chinese and Western) but based on what they have charged, it does not reach my expectation Great shower but no bathtub is a bit surprising.

Perfect place to explore Beijing: super comfortable bed and spacious room. Very helpful staff, especially the concierge. Direct access to the fancy China World Mall, with plenty of shopping and fine dining options.

Disappointing

Not meet my expectations.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful, location is amazing. View is brilliant.

Curtains switch are broken, I have booked in 3 night and unfortunately I have moved 3 times. Hotel need to ensure check everything is absolutely working before customer checked in, also ensure when there are multiple people checked in, allow enough items ready to use. A 5 star hotel has this type of issue was disappointing.
