Disappointing

Bar Harbor and Arcadia are beautiful, Wish we would have stayed elsewhere.

Location

Small room, small bath our reservation indicated our room would have a fire place and a seating area we had neither. The TV remote had no back every time you laid it down the batteries fell out. Remote for the thermostat had dead batteries ask twice finally purchased and replaced myself. There was a nice fire pit area in front but there was never room due to all the people not staying there buy one drink and sit for hours. Evening hours should be for people paying $400 plus per night.

overall lovely b&b, wonderful atmosphere, great staff. I would stay here again.

location was superb! the fire pit and bar out front was my favorite part

Id say if youre going to paint your bathroom walls black, be sure to wipe them down w every guest. there was toothpaste splatter apparent. I wiped them down myself bc it was a bit off-putting.

Very good

Very pleasant. Loved walking into town and proximity to Acadia.

Loved the location. There was a very helpful gentleman who helped us with our luggage. Also tried to assist people in finding seats on the lawn. Im sorry I forget his name.

Even though we stayed there, it was hard to find a seat around the fire pit. The lawn bar is very appealing to passersby tourists, so it was very crowded.

This was just the perfect little Inn for our anniversary. Everything About it was just so nice!

Breakfast was simple but adequate and met our needs.

tv system was just ok. But I don't really think you can get a bigger tv in the room. no big deal.

We enjoyed our visit and would stay again!

Very charming property, very good location and the outdoor gas fire places and music were awesome!

The bathroom door needs to be adjusted, it wouldnt close! Our particular room was quite small but I know they have larger rooms.

Ivy Manor is in an excellent location in downtown Bar Harbor. We loved the live music on the lawn every day and the chance to mingle with other guests while enjoying a glass of wine.

Good

Perfect location and very quant but pricey.

Location was perfect and free parking was available. All front desk and facilities personnel were very friendly and professional. Outside area with fire pits and bar was very nice.

Bathroom door didn't close and for the price the room was very small. Also, the bar at the inn was very limited.
