Avoid booking this property!!!!

The rooms are fine and the location is good.

Food and overall services are very bad. Management doesn't even care if you make a complaint. During the check in they mentioned that the kitchen is open throughout the day however when we requested for evening tea and some snacks...we were informed that the kitchen is closed and will only open for dinner.

Superb

Highly recommend - setting, quality, food, peaceful

Breakfast was excellent - nice assortment of food, great service, nice ambience. I went for an early morning walk up the hill road and had beautiful views as the sun rose. Hotel was quiet, nice for sleeping, and very clean. Staff members were very professional and pleasant.

The hotel manager was very rude with us. He threw his phone and told us to get out. We had booked a cab and the cab charges us 2500 . The cab was supposed to take us to devikulam lake but the cab didn't and we were charged the entire amount . Hotel manager didn't help with food services . The food is average

Location, front side Mountain View, staff, restaurant and food

If family give single double bed instead of two joining. Moreover back side view is useless. Make it something better than the dump ground of sanitarywares.

Great location but beware of numerous power cuts!!!

Great location in the center of Munnar. Room was large sized with washrooms with good water pressure.

The place had power cuts every 5 minutes. While the inverter will go on in a second, you cant watch TV for 10 mins before the TV turns off or take a shower and the lights go off and then come back on. Terrible experience when we just wanted to relax and watch TV in the room.

Excellent accommodation and professional staff!

Loved corner deluxe room (201) and despite being near lift shaft, it was mostly quiet. Hotel is beautifully clean, and staff are friendly, professional, and keen to please. The Three Rivers Restaurant has a nice ambience and serves excellent food and also wine and beer.

Walking out of hotel for first time as entrance/exit is right on road on a sharp bend and Indian driving is really scary! Was a bit shocked when we saw Christmas lights being strung in front of our window as I like complete darkness to sleep. Luckily, they didn't interfere too much.
