Modern, clean, nice, right by train station

We needed to book this room at the last minute due to a flight cancellation. It was a great price. The room was very modern, clean, and nice. We spent some time at the hotel bar, which was also very nice and the staff was great.

Great location, great value and clean.

The location next to the train station is well for traveling through Germany as well as for exploring Frankfurt. Staff very fiendly and bar/restaurant at ground floor great for a bite. Value for money.

Check in via machines in lobby a bit complicated and ask for a lot of info, next time check in at Lobby.

Great location and cater for your needs.

We wanted to stay in a hotel that was situated close to the metro to allow us to easily travel between towns. Breakfast was very good.

Duvet on the bed was too small, quarter duvet would be better, however this is a personal preference.

Nice location

I would like to recommend about service mind of reception ( a young girl who check in for me ( 21 Dec by 15.00-14.00 pm ) / deal with me) i think mandatory of the service should to starting with respect, diversity and inclusion . And change the way to deliver message with the positive way ( Dont show the emotional face with the client at all.
