Imagica Resorts offers cosy rooms with some bathroom issues. The location is pleasant and suitable for lavish events like weddings. Guests appreciate the clean rooms, interior design, and lighting. H (Read More)owever, access from the highway may be challenging, and the food is average. The resort is recommended for destination weddings, with excellent rooms, service, and food. Overall, guests had a good experience and enjoyed the ambience and cleanliness of the resort.

Clean and new resort, tasty food, staff intention to help was appreciated. Comfortable stay for our driver. We appreciated that the bathroom and shower rooms were separated
No toilet paper in the room, had to ask for it. International cards not accepted. Grooming of room service staff can be improved

Location of property for transit on highway
Had requested the hotel for upgrading my room to a suite room as the hotel was empty. All rooms were vacant. Which they denied and hadnt shown any interest.

Location and the property is very good and well maintained. Room is also very good and clean. We used the swimming pool area & cricket pitch as well and enjoyed our stay.
Room service response & speed of service. Swimming pool is not clean as expected.
