Il San Cristoforo hotel has a great staff that provides impeccable service. The hotel offers amazing views of Vesuvius and luxurious accommodations. The breakfast is spectacular with a wide variety o (Read More)f options and delicious pastries. However, the lunch menu is limited and the hotel is not close to the city center, requiring a 30-minute walk or unreliable bus schedule after 6pm. The rooms are large, clean, and modern with stocked minibars. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens with a large, clean swimming pool. Overall, it is a hidden gem and highly recommended.

I highly recommend

BEAUTIFUL and so clean !! Very new and modern! Outside is spectacular. Breakfast was great for 10 euro extra. Someone took us in a golf cart to our car when we checked out which was plus.

Parking was a little farther than we liked but not bad honestly. Oddly enough heard some loud noises at night like trucks and dogs.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, two very good memebers of staff who went above and beyond.

We had two members of staff who were exceptional. One was Andres and the other was Pasquale, we couldnt of asked for better staff and without them our experience at the hotel wouldnt of been so wonderful.

Some staff were quite rude with their attitudes towards myself and my girlfriend when we reported a problem with ants in our bedroom and our bed, we reported it twice and got quite a cutting attitude the second time we reported the issue.

Disappointing stay, did not deliver to justify the price.

The garden around the property is very nice and the pool area is great. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The pastries at breakfast were delicious.

1- Let me start by saying that there were weddings going on both days I stayed. Kids running around and lots of noise in the afternoon/early evening. 2- Paying for warm eggs in a hotel with this profile?! Really? Its not the money asked for the eggs but the cheap principle behind it. So unnecessary for hotel in this category. Also the breakfast room was quite small for the hotel size and room next door is a quite lame alternative.

Exceptional from every single point of view. Facilities are absolutely stunning,beautiful space to relax. Do not book if you are not willing to spent at least one day at the facility,you won't get the full experience. It's like staying at a fairytalelike house. I will totally come back

The property grounds are very beautiful, very peaceful during the day. A paradise in the middle of the messy caos of Naples.

The parties. The property is mainly use as a wedding venue from Monday to Monday, which could quite annoying. The rooms are a bit run down and are external not in the main property

I could not speak more highly of Il San Cristoforo accommodations. A 'MUST STAY" for any traveler.

the facility and surrounding grounds were impeccable. great decor and a most peaceful setting. Dinner at the restaurant was off-the-charts. of our 18 days on vacation in Italy, then a cruise including Turkiye and Greece, this meal stood out as one of the finest in all areas - food, presentation, AND service. Hat's off!

After arriving home and reviewing the charges, there may have been a small discrepancy with an 8/27 bar tab. The order included one Nastro Azzurro Peroni (7 euro) and a juice dring for my wife with no alcohol as she was taking medication. However, on the receipt, the charge shows as "I Cocktail Analcol ICI Del Barm ( 9 euro) . I question whether I was charged for charged for an alcohol mixed drink ? (Details at the bottom of the receipt show as " *EE = Esclusa 27/08/23 09:45 DOC.N.1332-008 RT96MEV074962). Other than that, it would be nice if the pool were open a bit longer into the evening.
