The hotel is close to the Bus Terminal, which was important because we left early in the morning. The decoration is based on the natural landscapes of Iceland. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very friendly.

The TV could not connect to the Wifi so the Smart TV didn't work at all. The mattress was too soft and we didn't sleep well. We had a stay in another hotel at the beginning of our stay, less expensive and the receptionist were friendlier. The Spa was not included in the Queen Bedroom we had but was included in the Deluxe (which was not specified at first). We checked the price online the day we arrived and noticed there were Deluxe bedrooms available for the dates of our stay at the same price than our bedroom, which would permit us to have a better room and access to the spa included for the same price. The receptionist told us that we could not change room without paying extra fees. Disappointed that a 4 star htel cannot make a gesture to clients when it has availability in this kind of situation.

Superb

An excellent place to stay

The location is very close to city. very nice and quiet atmosphere. 24 hr desk. tasty breakfast with many many choices. nice staff. comfortable bed. good access to city center. very close to Perlan exhibition center. would recommend this hotel for a family stay or business people.

Phone in the room was not fixed, even after asking twice at desk. Bathroom could be slightly bigger, but it was not a biggie. the spa comes with an additional charge and hence the price looks bit dear.

Great stay

The spa was really lovely but we had to pay extra to use it as its not automatically included in your stay. Lobby area really nice to sit and relax, rooms fairly basic (Id say premier inn level) but clean with comfortable beds and nice and warm. Restaurant food very good.

Its a little out of the city, there are buses but we were told theyre not always regular. We walked in to the centre which took about 40minutes. Slower walk due to icy streets. Felt very safe to walk around and most yours do pick ups from your hotel anyway.

Superb

Amazing hotel with super amazing staff.

Very comfortable hotel, super clean and warm. The room was very big with a coffee machine, kettle, iron and beautiful toiletries. Lots of towels and pillows. The staff were exceptional, they were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice and rich.

In between the rooms there was a door (blocked) and we could hear everything coming from the other room (even flushing the toilets or TV).
