Hotel good, Sevilha good but not reccomended on 31st of December

The hotel has a good localization not far from the city centre; you can walk, or there are public transports at hand.

The breakfast is not fantastic, and the quality of coffee and beverages is scarce. I disagree with the closing of the hotel services (restaurant and bar) on the evening of 31st December. I understand the rights of the staff, and I accept the traditions but me, when in service as a doctor, I always worked on 31 December; because some services to the public have no interruptions. I will not recommend travelling to Sevilha on that date: instead, to celebrate the end of the year you find yourself in trouble trying to find some drink and some food. Nothing related to the hotel, but the public show at the Plaza Nueva was poor. The real show is the high affluence of people; nothing to share with what happens in Lisbon, Reykjavik or Rome.

Good value for money

Very good position, near tapas bars, restaurants, markets and walking distance to center attractions. Good value for money. The ladies from reception were very helpful. Smart TV in the room.

Breakfast is ok, but I suggest to have vegetables. I couldnt eat at hotel restaurant on Christmas Eve, although it should have been open.

Hotel rooms are ok. Heating didnt work and it has temperature limit.

- service was so poor. At the bar you cant get coffee because theres breakfast time so no one is working at the place. Then when you finally get a server - theres no coffee! Basics such as slippers, glasses etc arent provided as well. Overall I wouldnt stay here again as its too expensive for what it offers. Its like a self service location, not a hotel!

aesthetics were pretty, i liked the rooftop swimming pool although small. very close to airport (only one bus) and 20 min walk to city centre. staff were very friendly. would stay here again!

We loved everything about this hotel - the room was spacious and prepared for all 3 of us (as we have a 4.5 month baby) which we loved really much as we would not be able to sleep on 1 bed only. Breakfast was wonderful. Just amazing. Great. We loved it. Parking was great - we loved the fact that we can leave our rental car in a safe place during our visit to Seville for a low cost of Eur 15. The hotel is only a short walk from the city centre. The waiter is really cool - he gave me the fork and allowed me to take the coffee from the bar to my room which I really appreciated. We would always come back.

On the last night of our stay, there was a noise on the street in front of the hotel which we did not like as we were with a little baby. Coffee and tea should be made available in the room. We were hoping to enjoy the rooftop view (with the pool) but that area was under maintenance and I believe that was not mentioned on Booking.com. We went out instead so that was not the issue but it may be relevant for some travelers. However, this is still 10/10.

A good selection in the breakfast buffet. It was an easy walk to Santa Justa train station for onward travel.

The creative style and design of each part of the hotel including the rooms, are refreshing and pleasant. The size of the room was good; the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good and it was well organized with 3 or 4 different stations. Your staff serving breakfast were also very efficient. Having a drinking water dispenser on each floor is certainly a plus. In general, all your staff were accommodating and pleasant, which helps make the stay a good one.

A non-slip floor in the shower or making available a rubber floor mat should certainly be considered to prevent falls. A small suggestion : the breakfast may be a bit too much of the same if you have long term guests (or those who stay more than 2 or 3 nights). It would have been good with just a little more of a change (maybe just change the style of the eggs or the type of cheese or meat) every day or two. (We were there for 4 nights).

Very good

Great central Seville hotel for a weekend break

The room was large, with excellent bathroom. Good selection at breakfast. Car park was a bonus too - I suspect its very busy in summer months. Very welcoming to our 2 dogs.

Room was very warm, I did manage to work out air con. Its a 15 min walk into the city - but we liked that, and chance to see other aspects of the city.
