Good

The staff training seems not correctly done. One of the staff member (in his 20's) was rude, offensive and very unprofessional. He would talk to our children in a rude way. We advised him to talk to us instead of our children but instead of apologising, he would rather argue. Whenever, he saw us, he would talk to us in a rude way. I requested him to provide hotel's policy document to read about hotel rules. I think he had no such information and instead said that 'he is the policy' For the sake of Hotel's better image, the management should take appropriate action.

Very good

Staff were excellent ,friendly and welcoming Haven't encountered staff this good in 4/5 star hotels.

Rooms were clean but carpets really need replacing.

Superb

We had a great stay, thank you! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Would be nice to have a little sheltered sitting area outside, and definitely toilet brushes. Otherwise perfect!

Superb

Budget stopover

This is a really good budget option hotel. Staff were lovely . I had a wee dog and paid 10 dog supplement. The room was warm and I switched heating off overnight even in mid December.. I just got takeaway food from the very nearby garage that had M&S food. Couldn't fault it for a very good price.

Carpets are worn but fair enough at 40. It was otherwise very clean.

Great budget hotel

Good value for money.. room was a good size.. decent bed and bathroom. Couldnt fault it for the price it was and what you get.. compared to other hotels I stayed in.. in Dundee to was just as good as the 3 stars
