Everything! Views from the pool where spectacular The one bedroom villa was beautiful, comfortable and had everything for a family of 4

Only dislike is people can park for the shops in the same parking lot

Will be back!

Super spacious, very practically located, staff was great!

Room I got was very badly lit by natural light due to its positioning, but you don't spend that much time indoors in Sedona. Make sure you ask for a room with a view.

Disappointing

Tried it but will NOT go back

Coffee pot heating element was not hot Garbage collected from our unit left outside our door for 48 hours Toilet needed maintenance Bathroom fan was too loud Pillows were hard Paying over $400 a day this unit did not meet that expense!!!!

Very good

A great hotel for staying in central Sedona

Great location, with amazing views from a beautiful pool, in central Sedona where there are lots of restaurants and shops.

Rooms were quite dark and a little dated.

A total rip-off, quite disgusting and disappointing. I want a refund.

This was a complete rip-off! The price I paid for a 2 bedroom suit was exorbitant and: - the suit was dirty - the master bed mattes was old and broken - the suite was not cleaned and no fresh towels and anything left for us - the hotel said that they were a time share and was managed by Hyatt, not a hotel??? - to get to the room there were 40 steps that were not lit properly at night - the room was old, shabby and not cleaned prot

Good

I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The location was great. The pool had a beautiful view of the mountains and was very clean. We enjoyed the fire pit at night. It was very convenient to have a shop to purchase breakfast and a restaurant for dinner. Every staff member at all the locations we stopped at were very friendly.

Our room needed to be updated ( I believe this is happening in 2024)and our bed had a big lump in the middle.

Disappointing

Great location, but the rest was average at best. Not up to normal Hyatt Vacation club standards.

Location

Housekeeping was to service the room twice during our stay. Never showed up. Did get new towels left in a bag at the door, but that was it. Complained and just got a bunch of were so sorry. Sore, that just didnt cut it. They also push to attend one of the seminars to buy into the club for hundreds of thousands. Facility was worn. Not worth the investment.
