Very disappointed and dissatisfied!!

Was over charged first and foremost !They didnt clean my room and my basin stayed clogged up for 5 hours. Finally half cleaned the room and didnt put clean sheets on the bed. The one they had on there was still the one from night before . Kept hearing noises so no sleep. I think they have mice in the vents . Very unpleasant only thing I liked was the location.

Passable

Maybe because it was Christmas but the staff just did not want to be there. Asking questions and getting an I don't know you can check is unacceptable to me. The restaurants weren't open on Christmas which is the main reason I chose to book at the Hyatt.
