The front desk and the guest service staff and the cleaners were great! They are the gem of this establishment!

The room service menu was not so great! We were served stale food and even after I informed them no one owned up to it or even apologized the only thing they did was that they dropped the charge after I followed up with them for two days. Also, one of the waiters called Simon at their buffet breakfast seems to have a preference on who to serve . He ignored our requests always seemed busy!

Staff, breakfast and others amenities were all very good. Our departure was very early in the morning and to our surprise we got boxes of fresh breakfast at the reception to carry along . This does not happen to me previously in any hotel
