uncomfortable due to no heating in the room. room umber is 620.

all are good with the property except that the heating in the room is not working. we were not able to sleep in the night because the room turn very cold.

the heating is not working in the room, we did not know, and turn on the heat, but during the night, there is no heat, instead it was the cold air. we felt very cold, and my daughter was not able to sleep the entire night, we did not report to the front desk either because it was very late in night.

The property was close to the airport.

My room was dirty and made me sneeze because of the dust. I reported the issue twice and it was not resolved.

Overall this location is definitely a place to return in the future!

Briana was absolutely the best. All of the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and professional. We will definitely come back to this location in the future. Please thank the staff !!!

The fold-away sofa had some dust collected underneath. I was surprised there was no microwave oven in the room.

Location and staff were great. Room size and layout good.

Carpet in room was not clean Breakfast was lacking Compared to other Hyatt Places we stayed at, the breakfast was barely acceptable. Wall paper repairs were peeling off wall.
