The Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport motel exceeded expectations with its 24-hour shuttle and great selection of complimentary breakfast items. Another reviewer praised the value, comfortable beds, and (Read More)delicious breakfast, with a special mention of the dedicated breakfast workers. However, the lack of a handicapped room and safety features was a disappointment for one guest, as was the issue with the elevator closing too quickly. Overall, the hotel was well-kept and conveniently located, with a bar, gym, and limited parking. Some rooms could use updating.

Nice stay yet customer service could be better
Bed was comfortable. Room was clean although the furnishings were more worn than expected for a Hyatt. Breakfast was good and morning staff was very pleasant.
When arrived off the shuttle the staff was pleasant but when asked if I was someone else he then proceeded to help that customer who was third in line off the same shuttle. I then returned to the front desk after reviewing the charge on my card as it was not the price I booked online. The staff talked to me like I was a 2 year old and was very condescending. All he had to tell me the first time is that I would see an additional $25 for incidentals. In all my experience I'm always told the amount upfront and its usually a much higher amount and a separate hold so I would have never questioned it. Then he proceeded to serve our shuttle driver a beer. Hopefully he was done for the night.

The room was great. Very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. I was also able to check in 2 hrs earlier and leave half an hour after check out. Everyone from the front desk to shuttle driver were amazing :) Will stay here again on my travels.

Friendly, efficient staff, easy access shuttle, and great room size and value for the price.
Complimentary lotion had a weird, unappealing smell.

The staff was great but we will not be staying there again,
We liked the location of the hotel.
It seemed a bit outdated and it looked as if it was dried blood in our room on the wall and hair was on the bedding.

Didnt stay requested immediate refund. Beds are more of a twin xl versus being a full/queen size bed
Rooms are very small to try to fit a family of 5 in one room.
