The woman checking me in (Tiffany?) went out of her way to correct an error I had made when making reservation online. Very nice and professional. The room was just what I needed.

A little disappointing for the Hyatt name

I like the Hyatt name. The property itself was nice , clean , friendly staff.

The breakfast food was mediocre. I understand that this a lower end Hyatt Hotel, but feel you could improve on the food offered. Better coffeemaker in the room.

Very good

very comfortable and the hyatt was located at a great location with 5 minutes from the airport

everything was excellent. the breakfast could have used a little variety but the food was good. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the staff cleaning the rooms were great. will absolutely stay here again or at another hyatt place depending where we travel too.

would like to have had their shuttles running but would not stop us from staying their again.

Charging for parking in this location is ridiculous. Using a third party for parking fees is unprofessional and unnecessary.

Disappointing

Hyatt prices but certainly not a Hyatt Hotel

Location was great

Not a Hyatt hotel but charged as if it were. Repurposed from business traveling days but not for tourists. Old and not updated. Tiny bathrooms with no privacy, beds crammed in a corner, indifferent staff, tiny lobby with kitchen furniture spilling over into lobby, views of cleaning pantry from lobby and just generally stale. Extremely overpriced!!!
