We had an excellent stay in your hotel. Strasbourg is so beautiful during Christmas time!

The breakfast was excellent, even the glutenfree options. The hotel was very close by the Christmas markets and nearby several good restaurants.

The shower hand must be hanged in order to take a bath without difficulty. Need to have a clock in the lobby. Need a room service .

Wonderful Hotel with Welcoming Staff and Great Food

The hotel was located within the city center, but closer to the river, which we didn't mind at all. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the walk to the Cathedral was very easy. Even going to the different Christmas markets dotted throughout the city center were all very easy to get to from the hotel. I was very grateful too for the incredibly friendly reception staff and the breakfast attendants. If you get the chance, reserve a spot for dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food is outstanding here.

Cozy and perfect location but lacking some services as a 4star hotel

Beautifully restored historical building - very modern.

Our shower only had shower gel and shampoo attached to the wall - we had to request for conditioner and lotion. For the price paid it seemed weird that we had to ask for standard toiletries (these were in large-multi use bottles not single use).
