It was a lovely place to stay and visit the Christmas markets in mid-December. I highly recommend it!

It was lovely!

It was difficult to get to because of the limitation to foot-traffic only. We were not sent the letter explaining the process to access the property. In the end, things worked out after we learned we needed to utilize an underground parking facility and walk to the hotel (short walk about 15 minutes).

Classy home away from home.

The facilities are very unique and feels like youre at home. The lounge/living room is very unique and cozy. The room was big with a very comfortable bathroom. We loved the place and the location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Strasbourg is magical, unique, and lovely!

Check-in hour at 4:00 pm is the latest Ive experienced, and I do travel a lot. They could at least offer you a call if the room is ready before that time so you can come earlier. This is something that many hotels with earlier check-in times have done at upper scale hotels. After a long flight or trip, that is a welcome and classy addition, done to us in Zurich.

I had a Memorable Stay.

I liked the Hotel since it is Heritage property and also in Petit France. Everything was nearby, Restaurants, Cathedral, Tram Stop etc.

It was spectacular!

This hotel was absolutely fabulous and I would definitely stay there again. The room was adorable with the timber ceilings. It felt like being in a fairy tale! The staff was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable with spectacular views. It was quiet and cozy. The wellness area was really nice and relaxing after spending the day out in the cold at the Christmas Markets.

Magically transported to the medieval times in this charming, perfectly located hotel.

It was perfectly located for our visit to the Christmas markets of Strasbourg in the charming area of petite France. From the moment you walked through the bricked archway of the entrance, you were engulfed in Christmas spirit and taken back to the days of old. The workers were top notched and so helpful with directions and holding our bags till check in.

We loved everything!
