Hotel Villa Schuler is praised for its amazing location, just a short walk from the main street and with breathtaking sea views. The hotel has a relaxing garden with turtles and offers comfortable an (Read More)d practical rooms. The staff is described as very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is said to be expensive, but extensive, and the service is outstanding. Activities nearby include a trek to Castelmola with incredible views. Overall, guests had a delightful time and would stay again.

I truly loved the hotel and the staff! My pictures don't do the hotel or the town justice.

This place exceeded my expectations, mostly due to the wonderful staff there. The location was excellent! The breakfast was great! And I had the most beautiful view from my room. When I got lost getting to the hotel, the front desk clerk stayed on the phone with me and guided me the whole way. The staff was really the best part of the hotel. I plan on going back soon!

Getting there can be tricky, so it is best to call ahead if you are driving so the staff can help park the vehicle. But they do all the hard work by grabbing your bags, taking them up the stairs, and parking your car for you.

excellent hotel, fabulous location, ensure that you get a good view from the room!

This hotel has fabulous views and very comfortable accommodation. A good breakfast is available at extra cost but worth it. Taormina is on a hill so stairs are inevitable but there are only a few up to the main part of the town and it is easy to walk to the greek theatre and to the botanic gardens and even to higher villages - though buses are available. The view from my balcony was perfect. There is a charming well-maintained garden behind the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel. But if a view is important to you scrutinise the details of the room you get.

I was a bit disappointed since the bed and main part of my bedroom was blocked from the view by the bathroom. I had a delightful view from the balcony but that too wasn't visible from the main part of the room.

Close to Castelmola hill, Saracen's route, l'Isola Bella - greatest points

Maybe "Everything was perfect" sounds too hackneyed, but it was really it - perfect. I personally prefer not-too-soft beds and they were exactly it. Stuff - very kind and helpful, location - very good. There is also additional entrance to the hotel (garden) from the center of town which is very useful. The see-view from our small balcony was amazing.

Only things by my site - the stay was too short ;)

Just Perfect

Secret garden door leads to center. Grounds are lovely and staff is superior. Sea view at breakfast and from the room which had a small terrace. Staff was excellent; hired and confirmed a 3:30 am cab; recommended a restaurant we would never have heard of otherwise. Rooftop patio great for viewing and a glass of wine. Old school German ambiance. Italian hospitality. Couldnt be happier. Will stay again. I hope.
