Stunning view, nice rooms, average food and service, no amenities

Breakfast was average. Same thing everyday. Very basic

Room cleanliness, replenishing water everyday ( needed to ask), lack of regular shuttle service to town, no gym, overall, not worth the price

This is a wonderful hotel with brilliant staff and the most amazing views.

Very attentive staff that went above and beyond for us. The views from the hotel are incredible and breakfast was beautiful. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the main town which was also very useful.

Very good

Fabulous location to look down on Taormina and to also view Etna. Friendly staff and excellent food.

We had a suite that slept 3, whilst the main room had a massive bed the third bed was a very small single sofa bed which was very uncomfortable for an adult.

Delightful little hotel but too far from the town and bad swimming pool.

Lovely position with beautiful views.

Rather far out of the town. The swimming pool is over the main road, with very little sitting out area ( only room for two chairs). Disappointing however we gather that a new pool is being built next year - they need to do it.

A very bad stay.

They agreed to store my suitcase for three nights between my two stays.

There was a dried up plaster in the bath tub when I arrived. A bin bag full of rubbish was left sitting on the chair in the bathroom. Cleaning agents were left on the bathroom sink. When I complained, two men came to my room and laughed in my face. One said, we have done enough for you. (They had agreed to store my suitcase for three nights.) I was appalled by the experience.
