Passable hotel. Lovely city.

the breakfast buffet was not fresh, poorly presented

It's too costly for the value it provides. While the rooms are large enough and basically functioning, the maintenance of the property is poor and the service levels are much lower than expected for a property at this price point. The location is in letter good viz close to Dal lake but in reality, it's in a small narrow lane and it takes a 300 metre walk to get to the main road at the lake.
