EXCELLENT location and friendly staff
The breakfast is really very bad. I stay there many times, but the fruit most times rotten, bacon burned and oily and fruit juices diluted to only water. i am considering to stop my stay in future.

It's convenient to purchase some goods as souvenirs. We can choose some foods in many kinds of restaurants. We can see good view from balcony. The staff was polite when we ate in trouble about Wi-Fi connection.

One night needed to be close to a restaurant, but not the best night sleep for all my friends.
This is a prime location if your are a tourist, and it looks nice and new.
The Hotel is laid out in various sections. Some of our rooms were together and others were in another building closer to the beach. Not really a beach view all in all. The AC is not on constantly and turns off when you leave the room. My shower overflowed as the glass is not sealed on the bottom of the floor and flooded around the toliet. The breakfast place was hard to find and was simple. Because of the layout people are walking everywhere and it is noisy. If you have mobility challenges don't stay here as there are lots of stairs. A little expensive for what you get.

In front of our room was a cafe. Even though we booked the most expensive room we had a cafe with a lot of people and a big tree before our room. We asked if there is another room available. Unfortunately it seemed like everything is full

Good Hotel with nice shops and restaurants all around.
After arrival we got a free room upgrade to a suite. The suite was clean and spacious. The hotel as such looks fine and there are a lot of little shops, restaurants and bars around it. The staff was super nice and helpful.
Breakfast selection tasted mostly a bit plain but ok. There were some short power cuts but I guess that is to be expected in Dar. It was only a few seconds until the generator started and the lights went back on. Also we got 2 (sometimes 3) small free bottles of water for two people a day but that's not a lot when you consider that you also have to use it for brushing your teeth with that at least twice a day.

Excellent location, beautiful vibes and sunset, nice restaurants etc right there.
More fruits for breakfast could have been nice.

Really nice location with great view and nice breakfast. Pool is also lovely and the staff is helpful.
Price quality wise it slightly disappointed me. Bathroom looked a bit older/worn and there were some hairs.
