Buffet breakfast was great, parking is also great

On our 3rd night, around 6pm i was lying in bed and all of a sudden, someone ripped open the door and barged in without knocking. I was screaming and the lady said "oh sorry housekeeping" i phoned reception, and their response was just "oh sorry about that, the cleaner was not paying attention" the guy at the reception also had an attitude towards me for having a anxiety attack. So please ensure all your valuables are locked away because anyone who is a cleaner can come in your room anytime of the day. Another thing is that the warm water shower changes the whole time. There is no consistency in warm water, it either changes to really hot or cold.

Good

Easy access to Convention Centre. Stunning views from breakfast restaurant - good selection of food and drink options.

Very small room with no wardrobe to hang clothes, place shoes etc. Limited parking.

I opted for another date because they did not allow refund, Up to now I have not received feedback

I did not like the place, I asked for change of dates up to now I have not received the response. I had to cancel my check in and booked Southern Sun Waterfront instead.

The room was very small, no closet for my clothes, no room service, no laundry service, the app for used instead of room telephone is not working.
