Lovely hotel, would recommend!

Clean, good location, good value for money

The key cards kept stop working, staff rang our room at 10.59am to get us out the room because check out was 11am

Decent hotel, breakfast, and close to everything

The hotel was close enough to easily walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the Cafe Mambo end of town. There was a decent breakfast and we were able to leave our bags in a room until we were ready to check in. The storage room wasnt the most secure however. The hotel had 7 floors and we were offered a room swap from the first to the seventh floor so it was quieter during the night.

The pool is located in another hotel, not this one. We didnt bother going for that reason - its not necessarily a bad thing but just worth noting.

Fantastic, helpful staff who moved us to a better room because of the noise, the location of the hotel is great, close to the bus station and the center

it is not a newer hotel, but we were aware of that at the time of booking. the staff is so accommodating and helpful that they try to help with everything

The Hotel is a Value for Money option, with Staff you want to help and make your stay superb.

Breakfast was very good, the room was solid and very spacious. The Location if you stay in San Antonio is super. Walking distance to everything and very close to the city center.

Exceptional

The ladies on reception are perfect, so friendly, customer care, big recommend for hotel and especially Airam for approach in every situation. I will come back in this hotel for sure.
