It is a 4 star hotel but you get 5 star value where it counts

Location is superb. So is breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Just warm it up please. Ther is no reason for cold air conditioning in December.

Great location. Grocery next door. Great shopping in boutiques nearby, Easy to walk to the water without hills! Tram 28 stop just one block away (Don't waste your time on the Tram). Hotel was immaculately clean. Workers polishing everything all day long. Spotless! Fantastic bellmen. Front office staff was amazing. Big smile.

Hotel hallways, breakfast room, bars and restaurants were FREEZING COLD. Guests had on down jackets, coats and sweaters. It was December! We want cozy warmth!!!! The receptionists had space heaters underneath their desks. They were cold too. Please give us a comfortable atmosphere. If we get too hot, we can open a window. Come on.

Hotel staff are very friendly and car park is very easy and the hotel has its own guests parking. We even got offered with welcome drink. it is at the top location with everywhere walking distance.

the room got some kind of smell, i suppose it is because the hotel is old.

Good

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good too.

There was constant noise from extractors outside, even at night. The area of the hotel does not reflect its price.

Great location and staff, value for money hotel. Will certainly stay there again. Highly recommended

The room was very comfortable and staff quite helpful. The wifi was slow at time though but everything else was great. Thank you

Exceptional hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Beautiful rooftop bar with views over the city. Tram stop across the road. Would definitely stay here again.

Locating

1. Coffee and tea bags are missing in the rooms, as well as a bath cap. Missing the little things that make the stay more pleasant. 2. In addition, we took a trip to Sintra through you, the representative told me how much to pay for the trip 59 euros per person and that includes entrance fees to one palace, she checked it with the manager and the driver. At the end of the trip, the driver said that I had to add 14 euros to each, I asked why? And he replied that your hotel always misleads the customers. So be aware that it gives you a bad name, I won't recommend taking a trip through you.
