Cosy Hotel in a lovely quiet area

A lovely walk from the center of Florence. Checkin went smoothly and we got a room on the 4th floor for 4 adults. The room was compact yet had everything we needed with a beautiful view. The room was hot even with the air conditioning but the front desk gave us a fan which was very welcome. Beds were comfortable and breakfast did the job. Tony the dog was given lots of love from our daughters, he is gorgeous.

I initially found the room too hot and uncomfortable with 4 of us, yet the staff were so kind to give us a fan so we were very grateful.

The location was good because it was near the city center.

I didn't like the view of my room and the facilities in the Hotel.

Good

The location was very good. Within short walking distance from major attractions. Also, the managers had their friendly dog at the hotel and the kids played with it.

Bed sheets felt like they were made of plastic. The price-to-quality ratio was not to our expectations.

Friendly staff and nice location but extremely unpleasant smell in the room, weak wifi, breakfast

Location was quite good, 15 min walk from city center. Staff was friendl.

The room had a terrible smell; I had a headache because of it for 2 days. The bed was very hard and short. The wifi was weak. The breakfast is very repetitive and small. Not the best price for value.

Overall, overpriced.

Good location and good access.

The room and the bathroom were runned down, smelled baddly. Also, a very poor breakfast. Overall, overpriced. For those who have pets be aware that they advertise that accept pets but then don't allow the pets to stay in the room unless someone stays with them.
