A great value just off the Parkway.

We like the location close to the Parkway, Dollywood, and the National Park. We've been so happy with the price of staying at the Hotel LeBlanc. It's a very good value. The breakfast is pretty average for an inexpensive hotel, but breakfast is included. We've stayed here 4 different times so far. We are obviously happy with our experience.

The parking area is crowded and the ice machine on the second floor has been out of order the last two times we stayed there.

Hotel was in a good location for me with covered parking breakfast was ok room was clean

The water seemed to run a lot like we were close a a water heater and it keep filling up weird sound

Not much

The air was either freezing or off. They didnt have enough blankets I asked for another one and they said they didnt have any. I also asked for an extra towel and I was told to check back in the evening if they had any that had been washed.

Everything about the hotel was perfect! I'm pretty picky with cleanliness, and this hotel was spotless! The location was absolutely convenient... right on the main street, and all of the attractions and 10 or fewer minutes from Gatlinburg .

There isn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel.

It was fair at best.

I own my own travel agency (Travel Fast And Easy) and it was an ok hotel but there was a few issues.

I own my own travel agency (Travel Fast And Easy) and it was an ok hotel but there was a few issues. The beds were very loud when sitting on them like old time spring beds. The rooms were very small. The parking was not good and the parking lot was very hard to get in and out of. You bottom out if you don't have a tall car when you go in and out of the parking lot. The breakfast layout was just strange. The breakfast was very runny and cheaply done with the plates to the food.
