Hotel Indigo Newcastle offered a satisfactory stay with minor issues. The faulty towel rail was manageable, and the reliable WiFi was a highlight. The ongoing refurbishment could have been communicat (Read More)ed better. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with quick responses to any concerns. The rooms were clean and in a convenient location near central station. Special mentions were made for the colorful and comfortable restaurant/bar area and the excellent service from staff members Serena and Trina.

Beautiful hotel, Excellent Staff, facilities & location

A lovely warm welcome. The staff are so helpful, informative & friendly. My room was lovely. The bed was clean & very comfortable which is a must have with me. The bathroom was modern & clean with plenty of toiletries. The food was excellent. I had a meal in the restaurant and breakfast was beautiful. Nice and hot. The staff were so attentive & helpful. The location is within walking distance of the train station. Just a five minute walk. It is also within walking distance to the Theatre Royal, shops, bars & restaurants. I would definitely return here when visiting Newcastle.

The room was fantastic and the decor was lovely, balcony was very nice too.

Cold.

The hotel is modern and in a great location.

The heating didnt work in our room unfortunately. We reported it, were given a portable heater but that didnt work very well either. Spent the evening absolutely freezing cold.

Fantastic place!

Very helpful when I had to reschedule due to family illness. The staff were super, v professional, the bed linen, was lovely, the bathroom was spacious and clean and new
