Absolutely loved our stay at The Indigo Chester and cannot wait to return.
The whole hotel was amazing, from the lobby, to the lifts, to our room. The decoration is fantastic. Very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and professional.

clean hotel friendly staff close to town centre.
hotel was clean and close to the town centre, staff were excellent and helpful, we didn't eat there but the bar and restaurant looked clean and friendly.

Really nice decor, lovely room, good location, good amenities.
Only thing was I was a bit disappointed that this hotel shows up when you look for ones with parking, I assumed that was an on-site car park. However theres good choice around the hotel so its not a big deal

New Years weekend thoroughly enjoyed
Staff very attentive and hotel is lovely. Overall would recommend to anyone. Definitely one of the best hotels in Chester
On site Gym would have been nice, no real bar areas as such. No other complaints
