Excellent view, friendly staff. Super comfy bed. Nice style.

The only thing I didnt like is the towels seemed not so clean. Parking is difficult.

Location good, staff uninterested, and breakfast not so good. Centrally located and walkable.

Location good. Did I mention the location?

Breakfast and general cleanliness. Needed help with a bus booking and staff was very unhappy to do so. It was like pulling teeth to get some help.

The staff were extremely welcoming. Was my 60th birthday and I found some sweet treats with a candle in my room on arrival with a card. Reception very helpful regarding bad weather and road conditions. Happy to advise and offer reassurance. Beds super comfortable, under floor heating in bathroom and breakfast was excellent offering a vast array of choice. Adult children enjoyed to hot tub.

Room was a good size and comfortable Breakfast was not included in the room price.

Floors hadn't been adequately cleaned before we arrived. Some bedroom furniture needed repair Cards to open car parking barrier did not work for the whole 4 day stay.

Very enjoyable, managed to see a bit of downtown Reykjavik, and sample some of the everyday life.

Nice hotel in a vibrant part of town. Close to shops and restaurants.

Parking! Very tight and not level. Trying to get a rental car into a space without banging the wall or blocking others was a challenge. That is the only reason why I gave the hotel a 9 rather than a 10.
