Staff was friendly and welcoming. They were really interactive even with my children which is always amazing. Decor was just how I like it and artistic and fun. Beds were comfy.

Only downside was that the coffee creamer was spoiled or defective. We asked for replacements, but had problems with those as well. Luckily, there are plenty of places around to get a great cup of coffee, including The Farmacy restaurant across the street.

check ahead to see if your stay coincides with party time.

I liked the colorful, artistic atmosphere. the staff folks were friendly and helpful. I applaud the effort of making an establishment that goes beyond the beige of most hotels.

the noise was extremely obtrusive. I stayed on a Sunday night. I did not know that Zazz hosted a super loud pool party from 6-10 on Sunday evenings. the party was just across the. dry small parking lot and the music prevented any kind of peaceful evening for me in my room. thank heavens for Bose headphones.

a very different experience. allows you to experience art in a very up-ftp y and personal interaction. location is wonderful. restaurants in the area are first rate.

if you drive a larger vehicle you may find the parking a bit tight. we had a F250 and did park in the provided parking spot.
