Very good

Pleasant Hotel. Unsafe outside of hotel.

Hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly. Air conditioner (extra charge) worked well. Staff recommended a nearby restaurant. We ordered an entire chicken, a large platter of small potatoes cut into halves, 1.5 liter Pepsi, and a 1 liter water. Price was only $10.

Hotel was not in a safe neighborhood. Restaurant was only 1 block from hotel, and I still felt uncomfortable walking with my wife and her elderly mother. They are Costa Rican, and almost everyone we met in Colombia that that my wife was Colombian. When we went to check out of hotel, I started to exit hotel when Uber was 2 blocks away. Staff said to wait until Uber was at hotel. That it wasn't safe outside. Unsafe for 2 bocks worth of driving???

The owners were very friendly. We had an air conditioner issue, but the owners immediately gave us a new room. They were very attentive and they gave us all the information we need for some tours.

Teresa, the owner was exceptionally kind and helpful . The place was the cleanest I ever stayed. Very confortable bed, very pleasant patio.

A bit far from the center I had to take a lot of taxis.

the hosts were super helpful and tried to communicate with us as well as they could. the place is absolutely spotless, spacious room, comfortable bed, good working AC and Wi-Fi. there is also some drinks available to buy and lovely seating area. its great value for money and we would definitely stay again!

isnt the best area but we were aware of this before booking, we were able to walk to the shop nearby without issues and plenty of Ubers and taxis in the area.
