The hotel seems to be started newly and as there is no patronage home service was very poor and no in home restaurant is available except morning. When we checked in as there was no food available, we have to go for food outside waisting time and energy when we all are tired. When we switch on the TV in the bedroom ,the other TV in the hall stop working . Very sorry and regret for booking a room here and waste of money of eight thousand and yard. No bar as shown in the list of facility shown there. ,

No bar and restaurant in day time. We have to go outside for everything. When we four are residing in one room, one brush and one soap is provided.

Decent stay at Tuticorin - Tirunelveli Highway, near to KTC Nagar.

The hotel has opened its doors since a year and hence the furniture and infrastructure was well kept. However, my recent stay left me with mixed feelings. While there were some negative aspects, overall, it was an okay experience. The hotel's location was convenient, and the room was spacious and bright. The AC cooling was spectacular and it managed to cool the room down quickly. The staff at breakfast area, especially Murugesan, was very welcoming and went beyond his way to make sure we ate well. The spread was very mediocre but the attentive staff and quick serving straight from the kitchen made up for it. Even though there were some issues regarding the room selection, Muthukumar from reception desk offered us with a good upgrade for a very nominal price. If you're looking for a comfortable room to stay the night with good AC, don't look elsewhere!

The biggest issue I encountered was with the staff. They seemed untrained and inexperienced. They struggled to address my concerns and questions effectively. It was clear that they could benefit from more comprehensive training to improve their professionalism and guest service skills. For example, while I was staying there for about five nights, every time I had to request for ice cubes, and within 1030PM or something of this sort. I couldn't return back to my room by 10:30 one night and when asked for ice cubes, the staff simply shrugged off by saying that I didn't inform them prior. The breakfast offered was mediocre, and the dining area lacked ambiance. It would be great if the hotel could work on enhancing the breakfast spread. Other disappointing experience was about the stains found in chairs and sofas. I happened to stay in a total of three different rooms during my entire stay and the staff just didn't seem to care about big stains found in the chairs while checking us in. I had to request for one of the chairs to be changed. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory as it helped tick boxes for my basic requirements - room with AC and good bed, close to KTC Nagar. I happened to have a brief chat with the newly appointed Hotel Manager - Nixon and I hope with his experience and expertise, he brings about some good improvements in staff training and the quality of their services. It has a great potential to provide a more enjoyable experience for its guests.

This time Booking.com - ? did not meet my expectations

They have good attitude- Especilly the guy in Breakfast - all alone was amazed to see his enthusiasm to make us happy

Not certainly Value for money -Pillows they provide is huge in size - have never used something like this - Got neck pain - Reception - Has huge time lag- Not mistake of the staff - They are understaffed - In a suit - instead of the balconcy they could have provided additional toilet - Which is essential rather a balcony - you cant use otherwise

Disgusting place to plan a stay with family

A complete disaster

The room maintenance was horrible. # The toilets were dirty to the core zero maintenance # The doors do not have safety stoppers # There was no 24 hours hot water you get only cold water The fans don't work # No room service if you need food you have to inform the reception and they will buy fir you or you have to go out and eat or order through swiggy etc My experience We stayed for 3 nights and I tell you it was just a pathetic experience. The toilets were so dirty and we were so uncomfortable to use it. The bathroom tiles were dirty to the core I think they didn't try to clean even once in 6 months The doors did not have safety stoppers on the second day night the door self locked and it didn't open even the hotel staff tried with appropriate keys still they couldn't open imagine if my little daughter got locked in it? It's a nightmare for me even to think now. The staff tried and tried by the time it was already 11.00 p.m so we asked them to shift our room as my mom became too sick after staying there she had severe fever so they shifted from room no 214 to room no 114 were the fan did not work my mom had to sleep in AC with 102 degree fever. We need hot water they have mentioned 24 hours hot water in the rooms but it is lies only you get cold water. You have to call the reception for a bucket of hot water. No room service we need to order food from outside every time or you should call the reception to buy food from outside. Such a disgusting place and service. One last note they dont have any one from management end to attend grieviences. Only staff of tge hotel seems running the show abd all they say is sorry. Will never recommend this place.
