Lovely apart from mosquitoes in the room despite keeping windows closed

Location

The room was very hot with poor air conditioning and due to mosquitoes the windows couldnt be opened

Superb

The hotel has a nice vibe, and old-fashioned interiors that fit the Venician mood. The breakfast was good, and pretty standard but there was everything expected

Very good

Location was great, the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasty and staff were lovely!

The bathroom could do with some upgrades. We also got called at 08:00 on the Sunday morning to ask us if we were going for breakfast, which I found strange as we didnt ask for a wake up call and breakfast ended at 10.

Better locations elsewhere that deserve your business

Location was excellent

Wifi was not working - lobby and room - had to cancel classes as an online teacher. Staff honestly couldnt be worse, unmotivated and borderline rude - extra training or rehiring surely needs to be done to address this. Bed was uncomfortable, hot water didnt last long, hotel breakfast was very average (although the breakfast lady was the only staffer that was good). Just a shambles.

Cozy but sadly uncomfortable.

This is an excellent location! You are minutes from the action, and the hotel was tucked away in a quiet little spot.

Unfortunately, we left after one night of our 3 night stay because the bed was so uncomfortable and we lacked a decent sleep. If they could update to softer mattresses and plush pillows, this would be ideal!
