Acceptable but would not return

The bed was comfortable for sleeping. The location of the hotel is great for visitors with a car, because it is easy to get to the hotel from the highway. Moreover, you can park in the hotel's garage (7/day) and the nearest metro station is less than 5 min walk away (24h ticket~5/adult). From there you will reach the city center in less than 15 mins. Also, the O2 arena is practically next door.

As soon as you enter the hotel, there is an unpleasant odor of cigarette smoke (probably coming through the terrace door because it's allowed to smoke there). The sheets and towels in our room were clean, but other than that the room and bathroom weren't as clean as you'd expect it to be (walls in the shower could have used a proper cleaning). There are no house slippers available in the room so you better bring your own. Moreover, there was no ventilation in the bathroom so it was pretty stuffy in there. What also bothered us is that the watter pressure in the shower is pretty bad - very annoying for someone who wants to wash their long hair because it takes ages. To conclude: There are same price or even cheaper options in the neighborhood that offer more value for the money. Unfortunately we realized that too late.

The lift stops in between floors , so still had to go up a half flight of stairs to get to room . Not ideal with luggage

Location close to metro station. Staff was polite. View into a park with no roads so it was quiet. Bathroom size was decent.

Squeaking bed extremely loud and uncomfortable. The TV was terribly small. Sound isolation from the neighbors was non existent. The door was hard to open due to the resistance by the auto closing system, but didn't close itself anyway. The tiny fridge served as a minibar, so there was no space for anything else.

Simple and clean

Hotel Arna offers simple clean rooms at a fair price. The cleanliness of the room and utilities was top notch. The rooms look sort of dated however it does the job. There is even a small terrace on the ground floor.

I would prefer a kettle inside the room instead of using the common kitchenette. The location is near the o2 center however you need at least 25-30 minutes of transportation time for city center.

I liked it from value to money point of view. The metro is just walking distance which directly goes to the city centre in just 15 mins

Close proximity to Mall, corner stores restaurants etc... Staff were very welcoming and always helpful. My room was clean, well stocked mini bar(redbull, water, orange juice, Fanta, wine) toiletries, towels etc... There was a kitchenette on the floor with a microwave,kettle and sink with dishes and dish drainers.

Would be nice if there was a small stove in the kitchenette.
