It was clean and well located
Too expensive! Not even a kettle and coffee, no personnel, we tried to get a coffee and no one there, or in the hotel you do the check in at 20:00. Water leaked from the shower.

Good location, easy check-in process
Check in process was easy, hotel is in a good and central location. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.
The room didnt have certain amenities for example kettle, coffee, tea, shower cap, etc.

There is nobody at the hotel, but only at the partner hotel Tannenhof. They have closed over lunch and you can leave your luggage there only if lucky. The staff at the breakfast was nice. The staff at the reception let you wait 5 minutes, because there are more important things to do like finish a note. Friendliness is a word of foreign origin. You feel like you are a burden to them and not a paying customer. They better take out all customer-related staff and automize this. I rather interact with a neutral machine than somebody unfriendly and unwilling.

Clean, comfortable and great location Service staff were extremely warm and helpful Wonderful view of the mountains from the balcony
Heating was not as strong as I hoped Not so much a dislike but take note that its a very basic accommodation place

I definitely recommend this hotel.
The place is very clean, very quiet, close to the train station. Also the receptionist is polite and helpful.

Clean room and great location. Nice place to stay in Zermatt. I can see Matterhorn from my balcony! The shared bathroom is OK.
I think they were doing some renovation outside the rooms so it looked messy.

there were open holes in the hallway walls with wires protruding from them. The receptionist was short tempered and less than helpful.
