Dont bother, Try somewhere else.

We had a disappointing stay here this week. So many things went wrong its hard to list them all. The 2 main upsetting things that happened were firstly our bath robes and towels were stolen from the spa area. We spoke to a member of staff in the spa and they refused to help us. They said we had to go to reception to get it sorted. So off we went, with nothing to cover ourselves with and we waited in the reception area with everyone coming and going and the door opening and closing. It was incredibly embarrassing and also freezing cold. Once it was our turn in line, the receptionist was helpful and gave us robes to cover up. Secondly, I left my scarf in my bedroom, when I was half way home I realised my mistake, so I messaged the spa. The following day Id not had a reply, so I went back to the spa to collect it (it has sentimental value) but they said no scarf had been left in the hotel. Apparently housekeeping hadnt reported any left belongings, so therefore I havent left it there! Well, I definitely did leave it in the room, I wish I hadnt :( Im so upset. Im quite shocked that its no longer anywhere to be found. On top of these 2 big things, we also had a dirty room with hair shavings in the sink, dirty glasses, mould in the bathroom and dirty towels.

Underwhelming and basic stay

The spa was very relaxing, but very busy as well.

The room was extremely basic. Not even a mini fridge, or small extras like slippers or bathrobes. The room was further much outdated and was not very clean. I feel it ia very much overpriced for the value you get, and I was disappointed with the stay overall. Other than the spa, I would not see any reason in staying here.

A city getaway par excellence

Excellent spa with a variety of sauna landscapes, decent dining and a nice crowd

I had a weird experience with a security guard who tried to bully me into admitting my participating in some sexual activities which was not the case. I was too shocked to report that to anyone but in hindsight I regret not doing that. It definitely left a nasty aftertaste and I dont think I will return soon.

The spa facilities and the restaurant were top notch.

My Deluxe suite with a bathtub had heating issues, thus it was very cold. Also, the bed head was dusty.

Relaxing stay in hotel & spa

Had a relaxing stay in hotel & spa. Spa offers variety of facilities and is comfortable to visit, we enjoyed that no attractions were too crowded and we always found a spot to explore each facility. There are changing rooms and lockers, and shower provides washing gel. Since we also booked a hotel, bathrobes and towels were provided. Rooms were well decorated with a great forest view.

There was no shower door/curtain, which created a cold air circulation when having a warm shower.

Since I really liked the SPA area and the massage, I will come again, but I will not stay overnight

I really liked a SPA zone. I took a massage and it was amazing! Iam a vegetarian and I found some food at breakfast.

There was no TV remote in my room (but they brought it later when I asked). The room was poorly cleaned: there were stains on the bathroom floor, cobwebs on the wall lamp, and old capsules in the coffee machine. When I turned on the cold water, hot water flowed for a long time. The trash can was broken. There was no hot food for vegetarians for breakfast (for example, porridge, beans, potato pancakes)
