Superb

Being easy in the Big Easy

Our street side room on the fourth floor was great - great bed, great bathroom, great kitchen, great table/desk - all great for sleeping and relaxing. The free breakfast, and Wednesday reception, was also great. A feeding frenzy for all. Great location. We easily walked (and took trolleys) everywhere.

God location but bad room cleaning

Location and breakfast was fine.

They promise cleaning the room everyday and they didnt. After the pandemic many hotels are taking advantage of this and force you not to clean the room daily as before.

That the cleaning people didn't clean. The counter people were nice. Didn't see that it was ONLY valet parking at 45.00 a night. The room was not clean. I told the desk and all the cleaning staff did was make my bed and empty the garbage. . Behind the bathroom door they didn't take the towel on the door. But took the one off the floor. Behind the bathroom door had lint and dirt, yellow on the front of the toilet, the desk chair had pretzel crumbs, and splatter on the floor of the bathroom sink area and the grout is black. Hall carpet has bleach spots and is very warn out. The day we left there was dog poop in front of a guests door and a pee stream going down the hall. I saw no vacuum for the rooms and no wet mop for the cleaning people to use. All in all you decide how it was .

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because the service.

The view was beautiful and the bed was comfortable

The service was horrible and the breakfast was cold. When I asked for my room to be cleaned I was rudely told that I had to request it 24 hours in advance I explained that my spouse had gotten sick I was told like I said you need to request it 24 hours in advance and I never got my room cleaned or clean sheets until I complained when I did request my room to be cleaned all that was done was my trash taken out and clean towels were brought in. Other hotels make the bed mine was not.

Overall a really nice hotel for family

French quarter is easily accessible by walk from this hotel. Kids liked the breakfast options.

Room linen wasn't changed following morning valet parking is too pricy

Disappointing

I made the best of it

The location was great

My trip was ruined by booking. My room was cancelled and rebooked and the hotel was sold out of the rooms that i booked and I traveled to Louisiana from Houston and had to pay for another room for space and had to spend unexpected money which was not in budget for me.

I loved it and had a great time.

The location was great. The room was nice,clean and spacious. The staff were professional and nice. I loved the atmosphere and the breakfast was good.
