Good

It was close to the family we came to visit and close to NYC. The room was large enough for our family of 6 and had plenty of drawer/counter space. It also had a kitchen area with a small full-size fridge, which was really nice.

The staff kept leaving 4 towels for 6 people, they would take our extra pillows and blankets we had to go down to the desk to get and they never left extra toilet paper, we had to go to the desk for more.

Superb

Not complain about it, the stay was great . Add some extra blanket and pillow for the sofa bed. Also, the pool has very high chlorine.

Very inconvenient stay, never again.

Breakfast delicious, comfortable beds, cleanliness.

Breakfast, not enough for the people you accepted reservations from, nothing special for Christmas, first day there were muffins, none after. Bath: inconvenient, first of all not family friendly at all, no bathtub, no hose, the bathroom door was not closing, no toilet brush etc. I wrote to the hotel through the booking site twice to ask about the bathroom with bathtub, because according to the pictures they had such rooms, and NO specifications that there were only for people with handicap. When I confronted the reception first day, they said nothing to be done, management did nothing, at least a discount for the discomfort- NOTHING, having to shower a baby in my arms, when she needed a hot bath after long 4 days...? The hotel did not answer properly, and to say that even if the room with bathtub would be available, with no handicap I would not get it, and that families are used to showers, are unacceptable, non sense- bathtubs are not only for handicapped people???, it was not the first time I stayed at a home 2 suites chain, never had the issue, so never again will I stay at this one in Wayne and they should specify better on their site and answer to messages, not telling me to call, I do not want to pay international phone fees just for that, you did answer to welcome me, to tell me that there was no crib available and that check in can be done earlier, but not to the question about the bathtub, how convenient, if I would have known, I would have chosen another hotel so "thanks for that".

Wonderful staff (polite and extremely helpful), great location (stone throw away from restaurants and shopping centre), really clean, and loved the modern rooms (their standard room blackout curtains helped tremendously while travelling with an infant) and amenities.

The pool smelled like too much chlorine for a salt pool. The smell took 2 showers to come off of our skin and 3 laundry cycles to come off of our clothes.

Had a great time

The hallways smelled amazing every time I walked out the room or elevator. The breakfast was very good. Everything was nice and clean.

There was no cooktop in the room. The one given to me by the desk only worked with the one frying pan it came with.

Overall it was a good stay.

We liked the room size, the breakfast, and the hotel in general.

The rooms did not smell fresh, the carpets smelled a bit musty.

Very good

Clean hotels comfortable and convenient location.

Free breakfast was great. Property is modern and clean. Location is not far from shopping centers and restaurants. American dream and NYC are within 15 to 20 minutes.

Way too much chlorine in the pool. Kids in both rooms ended up with rashes. Employees during breakfast didnt speak much English with made communication a little difficult, but free breakfast was a great bonus.
