The staff at Home2 Suites were friendly, accommodating, and provided everything the guests needed. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center, making it easily accessible. The rooms are (Read More) clean and spacious, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of food options. The facilities, including the gym and on-site laundry, were well-maintained. The only downside was the noise from the freeway, so guests recommended requesting a room facing the mall instead. Overall, it was a great place to stay for both business and leisure.

Disappointing

I was extremely disappointed. There were towels in our room when we got there which we used to shower with but the next day when we asked for more towels they said they didn't have any clean and they would bring some to our room. Asked for the towels at 6am and we didn't get them until 1pm. Which made us late to our already paid for escape room at the puzzle room. Also the breakfast bar was very chaotic and messy. People had waffle batter spilled everywhere and it wasn't being replenished so people were cutting in line like they were worried about getting their breakfast. Also the young girl that worked the front desk was not very polite and seemed bothered when u asked her anything.

Nice place to take the children! Excellent location, people friendly, very clean! Pretty great from all the other places we've been at for sure! Recommend !

Very good

The room was large with a very comfortable bed. It also had a kitchenette and a sofa for some extra space, which would be nice for longer stays. Staff were very friendly.

It felt pretty expensive, given the location and amenities. I would expect this price for a place downtown or right next to the airport.
