The room itself is huge and delightful. Housekeeping helped me figure out an uncooperative shower
Very near the River walk and public market.
No in house restaurant and one receptionist was not welcoming and brusque. No warmth at all and borderline rude.

Good place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.
Location is very convenient to the Third Ward area of town and centrally located otherwise. The hotel looked nice inside and out and was modern and clean. Breakfast was along the lines of most other decent hotels.
l thought the room would be a little larger based on the booking I made (was supposed to be 350 sq feet versus 250). The sofa sleeper worked fine for my son, but my husband and I rolled a bit toward the middle of our bed. Mostly slept OK though.

Definitely Recommend.
The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was always smiling, friendly and helpful.
The extra blanket was hard. It was not soft and pliable. When being used, it felt like a plank was on top of me.
