Very good

This is my 4th stay in Holiday Villa.

The breakfast was ordinary. The location is good.

Its good to have a handheld shower head added other than the overhead. Its much preferred to have CNA News channel included in the tv channel selection.

Enjoyable and convenient, but facilities need to be maintained on a more regular basis.

Good location, with full fledged hotel service! Thankful for front desk to change our room at last minute due to a leak in the rooms ceiling. This was done swiftly despite the hotel having full occupancy. Kudos to the front desk! There was also free parking and security was seen patrolling the carpark. Definitely felt safe seeing that!

Some facilities were a bit run-down, our room had a toilet door that couldnt close. Rain shower was a bit clogged, so the water was spraying everywhere.

Convenient location

1st stay at this hotel. We had 4x deluxe king bedded rooms. Room with bathtub design is a failure. Bathtub is top mounted. If you do a standing shower, the water on the countertop accumulates and flow to the floor. Be prepared to ask for extra floor mats and towels to clean the bathtub surrounding and floor after each shower to minimise wet floor in entire bathroom. Hope the management rectify this issue for a pleasant experience. Suggest you to get a non bathtub room if you book this property.

location is near to KSL, thats all i like...

Super noisy! no peace at all; the disco beat is too noisy even at 1am!

Location.

Hotel's age is not old. But things are not well maintained. Front counter service so so. Breakfast area staff service need improvement. But the cleaning staff was fast amd efficient.

Great place, but id skip the breakfast and eat literally anywhere else

Location is great. Perfect for lazy holidays because if youre lazy to get out to explore, the food just downstairs & across the road is good enough already

The breakfast & limited parking. The breakfast was quite disappointing compared to other hotels, can get the job done but definitely not for more picky eaters. Parking wasnt an issue until one night we came back to a huge event at the hotel so there wasnt any parking left. But what made me angry was the rude & ignorant security guards.
