Disappointing

Uncomfortable and unable to shower

Location was ok

The bed was broken in first room. Had to move to second room bed was extremely uncomfortable and left us with sore backs. Shower didnt drain and flooded room despite complaints no mops in the hotel!!! Had to use about 20 towels. Told shower obviously blocked advised to turn it off when shampooing your hair. Not offered another room so couldnt shower either. Left hotel before completing stay No refund or compensation offered. Extremely Disappointed.

The communication was nearly inexistent. They definitely don't put the customer first. They did nothing to accommodate any simple requests.

Comfortable for a very short stay, smaller than I thought it was.

The bed was comfy and the room itself was spacious and clean. They had hand soap, shower gel and shampoo in there which was a nice bonus. We had a lot of towels in the bedroom which was a nice surprise, as you don't always get that in family rooms. My son enjoyed the double bed all to himself.

I didn't like the confusion with the light switches, as it was hard to figure out which one turned on which light, as some of them turned on really slow and weren't obvious to spot and others didn't turn on the lights you thought they would. I also didn't like that we were in a joining room, as we could hear the other people in the other room very clearly and we didn't know them. I would have preferred to stay in a joining room with family members as apposed to strangers.

Excellent location, friendly staff and great value for money.

We were really happy with this hotel. The staff were excellent and they made an extra effort with our children especially. The location was great for our trip to Legoland and as it was my sons birthday during our stay, the staff decorated the mirror in our room and placed some balloons on the beds for him. The breakfast was great too and all in all, really good value for money. We would definitely return.

There were some cleaning issues like the airconditioning vents were really dirty and could see dirts bits under the flaps of AC in room 304

Superb

Clean comfortable beds, attentive staff and a great location for Legoland

Efficient staff, they upgraded us so that our rooms connected as we were a family of five. This small act made a massive difference to our stay. Breakfast was great, so much choice and the staff very helpful.
