It's a beautiful place with blue waters. The tidal pool makes it so unique with a wow experience

Great location! Great food and staff. Spotlessly clean.

Its dated and requires renovation. Paint flaking on front facade, mould and borer in 607.Not all rooms have aircon or fridges.

We needed a relaxing break and it certainly was

The hotel is a little tired, there are renovations taking place but it more than made up for this with the following: Amazing staff, so pleasant and went the extra mile for us The food - incredibly good, there was not a meal we did not enjoy Cleanliness - no problems encountered

There appears to be a communication problem between 'booking.com' and the hotel. We had asked for an interleading room but were provided with 2 separate rooms - the explanation was to our benefit as both rooms had air conditioning but it was only explained after we questioned the booking.

Superb

We are locals and love Salt Rock Hotel.

Dinner was not good at all. Much of the food tasted a few days old and dried out. I was surprised there was no Aircon given the Durban climate. Also no bar fridge in the room
