Clean hotel, poor service

Clean rooms and clean hotel

Heating didn't work in the room. We requested an additional blanket but there were none. We went on one of the coldest nights this winter so far. Temps were sub zero. Served expired yoghurt for breakfast Woken up in the morning by very loud housekeeping staff who seemed to be arguing in a non English language

Lovely place and location, but the details need attention.

Clean and modern. Great location and having parking was brilliant.

Shower screen was not sealed and flooded the floor. No matter how hard we tried we couldnt figure out the heating - in December. Fortunately there was a portable heater. Our keycards stopped working on the second day.

Comfy beds & friendly, helpful staff.

Adjoining rooms, & comfy beds. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast selection was brilliant & went down well.

Room was cold & took a long time to warm up after I rang reception for heating to be put on.

Such a friendly welcoming hotel. We arrived from folkestone on a cold wet day on the motorbike. The receptionist saw how cold I was and heated the room up.so we would walk.in to a warm.room . Best night sleep bed was so comfortable
