Disappointing

Comfortable beds. Nice restaurant.

Door key had to be reprogrammed at least 1 time per day. Most of the guest had same issue. Desk staff were rude. Bathtub was not clean. Had to ask for towels. Hallway carpet looked to be 40 years of use.

One night stay. Paid too much.

Property is a little dated. It is a long walk from parking lot to room and it can be confusing. Location was great.

Restaurant was closed. Breakfast was overpriced. Room was small and dark.

Decent stay but not to the expectation for ARP standard expected for this management co.

Staff were great. Breakfast staff and food were awesome. Parking was limited and security was limited. Why does the hotel have an unkept space? Stacked chairs and tables for a very inviting space. Room FFE was scratched and Mattress was lack luster. Pillow and linens and towels were A++. No charger on clock or lights for USB. TV and channels were good.

Mattress big no go. Location was in room 108 was directly outside elevator, load. Room insulation from atrium and hall, side room noise was load. Great AC but cut off fam and made outside noise louder without white noise from fan motor running. Sink did not drain to expectations; tub re enamel was chipped off. Furniture had wearing that should be brought up to current brand standard.

We were pretty disappointed in our stay. Actual felt like it may be under new ownership.

We always stay here. Boston being there is what we liked this time around.

The beds were hard and very comfortable, the first desk clerk that checked us in on Friday and checked us out on Sunday was very unfriendly. Never cracked a smile.

Very good

We were surprised that it was not included in our room price, it was no different than all of the free breakfast except there was more of it and we had real plates. It was nicely displayed and there was plenty of food.

Paying for breakfast and our pipes made noise, lots of noise. I would have preferred a more secure parking area.
