Disappointed with the extra charge of $75 and also getting my car clamped
Cleanliness, location and breakfast
Hidden agenda to transact business with the parking. By this I mean they make you sign a form for parking, give you a parking access but do not give you the card nor explain anything in detail, and later you get your car clamped and they charge you $75 and $20 daily all this is non negotiable. And theres no staff to air your concern with.

Amazing staff (Maggie and Gerry were great), great location, and a clean, comfortable room
The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Maggie was very polite and helpful as I called a couple days prior with some questions that she answered for me and was also there at the desk during check-in to get us squared away. We also had a fun conversation with Gerry as we were checking out and she was wonderful to talk to and helped end our stay on a positive note. The location was great since we had tickets to an event at the Capitol Theater and could walk there in just a few minutes. The breakfast was pretty good but we didn't like the hashbrowns which were a little stale/hard and the scrambled eggs had a strange texture but there were plenty of choices so we were able to get enough to eat.

Getting the temperature in the room set to a comfortable level was difficult. The thermostat on the wall didn't do anything so I had to manually set the temperature at the fan by the window. It felt either too warm or a little too cool for quite some time. But I turned the temperature down just before going to bed but it didn't cool the room like we expected and I woke up after an hour or so because I was too hot. It made for a somewhat rough start to the night but I removed the top blanket and slept ok after that. I've definitely had much worse nights at other places but it was a bit inconvenient.

The elevators are extremely slow. We waited for almost 15 minutes when we went to breakfast and when we were leaving.

A perfect spot for a shot couples get away.
Breakfast was perfect, with so many options to meet all our needs and wants and the location was in the middle of everything we wanted to do.
I didn't like that you wanted $20 a night for parking. We refused and parked a couple blocks away for free.

Very comfortable and cozy. The view was beautiful could see all the Christmas lights and breakfast was amazingly delicio
Clean... very very clean. The staff were nice. front desk clerk was nice and helpful. Parking was pretty good.
The elevator was out of order. Lol but it was probably just for that one day.
