Breakfast was ok. A nice variety except not very tasty.

When I went to check in I was initially told I was not in the system. I had to call Bookings.com and there was only 2 rooms left.Thankfully my name was put in incorrectly. Had my last name as 1st name. Ashley at checkin was so nice and helpful.

Breakfast was good. Loved the shower!! The lady at the front desk moved my mother-in-law room so she could be beside us and we didn't ask. Staff was GREAT!!!

Location, proximity to the marina, and the dog friendliness of the hotel.

No response on the additional (steep) dog fee before checking in. Apathetic response to why no communication was provided prior to arrival on those questions. Loads of liability statements and arbitration required to be signed by the property for having a dog. Sad to see the amount of legal proceedings deemed necessary in the US compared to other advanced countries.

Pet fee was charged after I arrived at the hotel and was not included in my booking price on booking.Com. Although the hotel manager did try to work with me and only charge me 2 days but still Not happy with that. I booked a pet friendly room according to the price it gave me. Staff was very nice. The rooms are noisy, you can hear talking in hallways and people in their rooms. Bathrooms have no fan or vents I'd rate this place at a 6 out of ten.

Love that Holiday Inn Express allows pets.

I was able to bring my dog on my trip to visit my parents and have a clean comfortable room. The front desk staff (Ashley) was cheerful, friendly and very helpful. We will stay again. Thank you.

A little pricey, worth the money for the excellent room comfort.

Great place, centrally located and a great value.

The breakfast was delicious. Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job cleaning the room. I love the location, so convenient to restaurants and shopping.
