Shower Problem
The bed was comfortable! The staff was friendly. Good breakfast.
I couldn't get hot water in the shower. I had to ask the housekeeping how to get the hot water for the shower. She showed me but it was just a mild temperature. The water pressure was low too. Water was little from the shower. The parking fee was relatively high.

Is horrible and not comforting and small bed for 3 persons. They made extra charges on my card.

One bed for 3 persons Service, The receptionist's treatment at night was rude. Food, Breakfast was incomplete. Parking is expensive 2 towels for 3 people No clean, They didn't clean my room during my instance.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good for the value.
I believe this particular property (just my opinion) used to be a hospital. The way room(218) is set up, it gives off a hospital vibe. The sink is located right next to the bed, I don't like the barn door to close the bathroom. If you are with someone they will be able to hear you and smell you if you are taking a number #2..This was the hardest bed I've ever slept on, VERY HARD, I like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on a cement floor.. Until now I have never had to pay for parking at a HIE, $34 per day is insane.

We liked the Hotel
Its location was near to bourbon street, I think that cleaning was flawless.
There was a loud water drop in a window, but we used a towel by fixed the sound.

It was very comfortable and we had an enjoyable time.
The room was clean and comfortable. The lady that was working at night was extremely helpful with all the question that I had.
I wish it had been located closer to more attractions
